Coating tray change cover clasp equipment

FUNCTION:

Before and after coating, the lower plate of the coating base and the plating board are replaced, and the new fastener is replaced simultaneously.

PARAMETERS:

◆ It has the function of disassembling the buckle and changing the plate.

◆ Replaceable coating disc top cover.

◆ Abnormal rate of buckle removal :<0.01%.

◆ Abnormal ratio of cover removal :<0.01%.

◆ Loading warehouse can be handled in whole warehouse to facilitate AGV docking later.

◆ UPH>800(single board change, 800 boards finished).
